Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange-only policy for eligible products. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • A clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening to product inspection) is mandatory to process any exchange request.

  • Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products without damage or defect

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer (wrong size, color, or variant)

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care & hygiene products

  • Hazardous, flammable, or regulated items

Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.

Failed Delivery / Non-Acceptance Charges

If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, a ₹150 handling and logistics charge will be applicable.

  • For prepaid orders, any future reshipment or adjustment will be processed after deducting ₹150

  • COD orders returned due to non-acceptance are not eligible for re-shipment or exchange.

Exchanges Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment for the same product (or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
